1. DEFINITIONS
First, we are going to show you the definitions of some terms that will appear throughout this document.
1.1 - PERSONAL DATA: information related to an individual that makes him directly identified or identifiable;
1.2 - SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: personal data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to an individual;
1.3 - HOLDER: natural person to whom the personal data that are the object of treatment refer;
1.4 - TREATMENT: any operation performed with personal data, such as those referring to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, disposal, evaluation or control of information, modification , communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction;
1.5 - ANONIMIZATION: use of reasonable and available technical means at the time of treatment, by means of which a data loses the possibility of association, directly or indirectly, with an individual;
1.6 - CONSENT: free, informed and unequivocal manifestation by which the holder agrees with the treatment of his personal data for a specific purpose;
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Now that you know what we are talking about, we will explain to you what are the personal data we collect, remembering that we only work with that information essential for the purposes of our website, being certain that other information can be collected and processed before the imposition of rules that apply to our services, as well as through your consent.
2.1 - Data Provided by the User:
a) Registration Data on the Site: name, physical address, telephone number and. email. We may eventually request your ID number (eg ID, passport, etc.), CPF number and date of birth, when applicable.
This information is collected so that we can register on the Site and enable the purchase and delivery of the chosen products.
2.2 - Data Collected by the Site:
a) Location Data: When the Site is running, we will collect information related to your location through the GPS of your device, as well as through the IP address and the mobile and / or wireless network.

This information will be collected in order to adapt the functionality of the platform to the device being used by the User.
e) Use of Cookies: When using the BM website, browsing data will be collected through cookies, which will be maintained with the BM.
This information will be collected for advertising campaigns with users, such as promotions and discount codes.
3. DATA SHARING
As you already know what types of information we collect, you may now have a question: “is BM going to share my data with someone else and / or a company?”. And in this session we are going to answer that question.
As we said at the beginning, the privacy of our Users is a constant concern. Therefore, we will not share your data with third parties, except in the cases below. It is important to remember that, in such cases, whenever information security depends on BM, we commit to using our best efforts to keep your data safe.
